Jupiter Facts
NASA · Figures: about 1,000 Earths by volume; no true surface; hydrogen forms the solar system’s largest ocean.
Jupiter pe land karna impossible hai, kyunki yahan koi solid surface hi nahi hai. Matlab agar tum wahan jao, toh tum girna shuru karoge aur kabhi rukoge hi nahi.
What this reel claims
If Jupiter were hollow, about a thousand Earths could fit inside it.
Jupiter has no true solid surface; deeper hydrogen becomes a vast liquid layer.
The Jupiter–Sun barycentre can lie just outside the Sun.
Evidence behind the story
NASA · Figures: about 1,000 Earths by volume; no true surface; hydrogen forms the solar system’s largest ocean.
NASA Space Place · Supporting line: the Sun–Jupiter barycentre is just outside the Sun’s surface.
What didn’t fit
Jupiter’s interior is stranger than a simple “gas giant” label suggests. Under the clouds, pressure squeezes hydrogen through molecular liquid and metallic states; there is no neat boundary where a spacecraft could land. Europa adds another scale surprise: a small moon may hold a global saltwater ocean beneath ice, one reason NASA built Europa Clipper. The “bodyguard” story did not survive the same scrutiny. Shoemaker–Levy 9 proves Jupiter can capture and destroy a comet, but a single collision cannot establish that it constantly protects Earth. Its gravity is a system-wide sculptor, not a one-way shield.
